Orzo tossed with grilled prawns or chicken, feta, Italian parsley, olive oil,
lemon juice, cucumber, scallions, and grape tomatoes

Oriental Chicken Salad
Teriyaki marinated chicken on a bed of purple cabbage and  field greens with julienned carrots,
snow peas, celery, toasted almonds, cilantro,  wonton chips and scallions with a peanut and a sesame ginger-soy dressing.
Southwest Quinoa Salad
Quinoa, romaine lettuce, tequilla lime shrimp, black beans, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, avocado with a cilantro lime vinaigrette or chipotle ranch dressing.
Tuna Nicoise Salad
Romaine hearts, seared Ahi tuna, fingerling potato salad, hard cooked egg, kalamata olives, green olives, red radish, haricot vert with a lemon champagne vinaigrette or French dressing.
Chinese Noodle Salad
Rice noodles, napa cabbage and romaine lettuce, roasted shrinp OR grilled chicken, julienne carrots, cucumbers, red bell peppers and won ton crisps with a ginger-soy dressing.
Springtime Pasta Salad
Pasta, grilled chicken, spinach, mushrooms, roasted red bell peppers, shaved parmesan, asparagus and fresh basil with a balsamic vinaigrette.
Spinach Salad
Grilled chicken, marinated red onions, cheese, nuts and fruit with a strawberry vinaigrette.
Wedge Salad with a Twist
Iceberg wedge, crumbled blue cheese, crispy bacon, sweet red onions, tomatoes, roasted pecans balsamic glaze served with herb chicken.
Chopped Salad with Chicken
Chopped romaine, chicken, dried cranberries, gorgonzola cheese, honey roasted nuts, tomatoes and cucumbers with a sherry shallot vinaigrette.
