Wedding floral package includes:
Bride’s bouquet, 1 Honor attendant, 1 flower girl bouquet,
Boutonnieres for Groom, Bestman, Ring Bearer, and 2 Fathers, Corsages for 2 mothers
Ceremony floral piece, fresh floral centerpieces for dining tables (florist’s choice),
Flowers for the cake, fresh floral arrangements throughout the building and candles

 MEDITERRANEAN WEDDING MENU

Luncheon entrees are served with garden salad, sliced baguettes and butter,
coffee, punch, lemonade, and iced/hot tea

 Roast top sirloin of beef in red wine and herb marinade
with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable en julienne

 Tuscan style breast of chicken oven roasted with mushrooms, olives, artichoke, garlic and
rosemary on roasted red potatoes with onions

 “Catalane” breast of chicken with red peppers, tomato and calamata olives on penne pasta
tossed with squash, balsamic red onion, garlic and herbs

 Filet of salmon braised in white wine with fresh tomato and herbs on bed of couscous and
spring greens

 Roast loin of pork studded with garlic and rosemary on garlic mashed potatoes with
vegetables en julienne

 Fettuccine with portabella, porcini and mushroom buttons with fresh vegetables in a creamy herb sauce

Wedding At The River Mill

  • Pre-rehearsal with the bride and groom

  • Rehearsal on available day or evening before the wedding
    with the wedding party and parents

  • 45 minutes for the rehearsal ($75 per 15 minutes over)

  • Dressing room for the bride and bridesmaids

  • Arrival time one hour prior to the wedding
    for dressing and pictures
